GAGE AUSTIN
Gage is a director of photography and videographer dedicated to creating platforms for visual storytellers. His love for filmmaking began at the end of his high school experience. Video projects made for his senior English Literature class evolved into a fifty-minute movie that celebrated his community and the close friendships that developed through the productions.
He graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2026, where he studied documentary filmmaking and photography in the Media and Journalism school and narrative filmmaking through the Communications department. Outside of the classroom, he freelanced for local entrepreneurs and businesses, worked as a photojournalist for the school’s paper and helped manage the university’s premier filmmaking club as the Executive Producer. Before his final year of university, Gage spent a summer in Los Angeles, CA, working a variety of entertainment internships and crew positions on independent film sets.
With every passing project, he feeds his ambition to tell important stories alongside passionate creators and businesses.
